Cookies are small files stored in your browser that help websites function and give site owners information about how their site is being used. When you first visit this site, we ask for your consent through a banner at the bottom of the page.
Technical cookies
Third-party services that power this site — including Google Fonts, used for typography — may set minor technical cookies required for the site to display correctly. These do not track you for advertising purposes.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We use, or plan to use, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (Facebook) to understand how people find and use this site, and to reach relevant audiences through advertising. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, device type, and general location. They may also be used to match your visit to advertising platforms to serve relevant ads.
If you click Accept, both tools load in full, may set cookies in your browser, and measure your visit as described above.
If you click Decline, or if you leave the banner alone, the Meta Pixel does not load at all and no tracking cookies are set. Google's tag does load, but in a restricted mode that stores nothing on your device. In that mode it sends Google an anonymous signal that a page was viewed, which Google uses to estimate overall visitor numbers. If you arrived from one of our Google ads, the click reference already in the web address is included in that signal so the ad can be credited with your visit. Nothing in this signal identifies you, and nothing is kept in your browser.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, and the banner will reappear on your next visit.
If you accept, we also record how you arrived at this site (for example, a search engine or a social media link) in your browser's session storage. We use this to tag our booking and enquiry links so we know which channels bring people to us. It holds no personal information, is not a cookie, is not shared with anyone, and is erased when you close the tab.
Our booking pages
Online bookings run on our own system at appointments.storiestrong.com. Those pages load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel directly, so we can count completed bookings, see which ads and channels bring people to us, and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited a booking page. These tools set cookies on the booking pages and may match your visit to your Facebook or Instagram account, whether or not you responded to the cookie banner on this site.
We never send Google or Meta your name, your appointment details, or anything about your health or training. What they receive is that a booking page was visited, and that a booking was completed.
If you would rather not be part of this, you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, book in your browser's private mode, or email us at the address at the bottom of this page and we will exclude you.

If you have opted in to receive our newsletter or other communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at admin@storiestrong.com. We will not send you marketing communications without your consent.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if any of it is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. To make a request, contact us at admin@storiestrong.com.
