Storie Ladies Day is being hosted on March 22nd, 2025 (rescheduled from March 8th)

All the spots for this have been filled, and we now have a waitlist for our next event!

Ladies day encompasses all things women and training.

Storiestrong XV will be a novice 3 lift event.

Storiestrong Iron Classic III will be an APL Sanctioned 3 lift meet.

Scheduled for November 2nd, 2025

This sanctioned event will be drug tested, and run out of a combo rack with a power bar + a deadlift bar
